R&B is a genre known for its smooth grooves, soulful melodies, and infectious rhythms. In this tutorial, we'll dive deeper into lead guitar approaches that are sure to kick your R&B jams up a notch. By being more mindful of the chord progression we're soloing over, we can employ chord tone soloing to great effect! We'll also bust out some tried and true bluesy and R&B lick approaches. Finally, we'll finish up with a practice song that combines everything we've learned.
